PvE Analysis
Recommended moves
- Fighting Attacker:
Counter
Dynamic Punch - Psychic Attacker:
Psycho Cut
Psychic
Medicham has absolutely terrible stats for PvE, being outclassed by just about anything. Don't waste your Revives or Potions by sending this Pokémon to battle 😅.
⚔️ Raids - Medicham is a Fighting/Psychic-type Pokémon, and both these types are blessed with many powerhouses. But hey, Medicham can't even compete with some regular catches of these two types. It can, at best, cheer your counters as a bystander 🙌.
🛡️ Gyms - The only plus is that it resists Fighting-type damage, one of the go-to Pokémon types for attacking Gyms. Other than that… nada! 😐
PvP Analysis
Recommended moves
- Great League:
Psycho Cut
Ice Punch
Dynamic Punch
After so much, umm, insult in PvE, Medicham finally finds its calling in PvP… sort of.
🔵 Great League - Long, long time ago, Medicham was THE Pokémon to beat in the Great League. The meta basically revolved around it 😲.
But then, its moveset started getting nerfed. It could still argue about Counter but even that got nerfed, serving as the final nail in its coffin when it comes to the sheer dominance it was once capable of 😶🌫️.
These days, Medicham is not exactly bad. It still works but is not dependable anymore.
🟡 Ultra League - Keep it out ❌.
🟣 Master League - Imagine a Jurassic Park-esque film and relate it to the Master League. Medicham would be the first to get eaten.
