- Psychic Attacker:

Even with the welcome attacking boost, Shadow Cresselia just isn't strong enough for Raids. It doesn't compete in any way with the various powerhouses present in the Psychic typing.

🔵 Great League
Shadow Cresselia masquerades as a pseudo Grass type in PvP, punishing Water types (except Feraligatr and Empoleon) with Grass Knot while also taking out Dragons and Fighting types with Moonblast. Other notable targets include Wigglytuff, Togekiss, and Stunfisk.
Needless to say, it struggles against Steel types and Fire types, but it's still tanky enough to sustain damage for a while.
It is more of a sidegrade to regular Cresselia, beating the likes of Charjabug, Dedenne, and Florges, while losing out to Jellicent, Shadow Steelix, Furret, and Fearow (which the regular beats). The boosted damage is definitely appreciated, and it establishes Shadow Cresselia as a premier Great League addition.
🟡 Ultra League
Shadow Cresselia is at its best in the Ultra League, overshadowing regular Cresselia with impressive new wins such as Giratina Altered, Guzzlord, Jellicent, and even beating regular Cresselia itself. It is, in general, very dominant against Water (not Empoleon and Feraligatr), Fighting, Dragon (not Zygarde Complete), and Poison types.
In fact, Shadow Cresselia is strong enough to eliminate Cobalion, Togekiss, Florges, and Armored Mewtwo.
Struggles against Steel and Fire types continue, but that can be attended to with a good team. Overall, Shadow Cresselia is a dominant Pokémon in the Ultra League that is absolutely worth the investment! 📈
🟣 Master League
The Master League is bit of an overdrive for Shadow Cresselia, lacking the power needed to beat the many powerhouses in this platform.
