Aqua Tail - Dragon Attacker:
Dragon Tail
Draco Meteor
Palkia boasts awesome stats, grabbing attention with its stellar 280 ATK stat 👀.
Unlike its more popular counterpart Dialga, Palkia even has Dragon Tail and a better ATK, but like Dialga, it gets Draco Meteor instead of Outrage. Alas! 😔
This leaves Palkia with untapped potential, and non-Legendary Dragons like Salamence, Dragapult, and Haxorus surpass it in damage output. So, it's usable but outclassed 😶.
As a Water-type attacker, it doesn’t make the cut since it lacks a Water-type Fast Move 🥲.
⚔️ Raids - Its high ATK makes it a worthy addition to your team of Raid counters, although you should prioritize Outrage and Breaking Swipe users 🐉.
🛡️ Gyms - Palkia cannot be placed in Gyms.

Fire Blast
The Water/Dragon-type Palkia has always been superb in the 🟣 Master League, with the lack of weakness to Ice-type attacks and access to Aqua Tail making it a formidable threat 🌊.
While it's definitely worth a go, it has fallen from grace since the debut of its Origin Forme, which not only has better stats but also the OP Spacial Rend in tow 🐉.
🔵 Great League - Its stats are too high for the Great League.
🟡 Ultra League - It doesn't function well here.
🟣 Master League - Palkia takes the fight to a good number of opponents with Dragon Breath/Tail and Aqua Tail, and Draco Meteor as a nuke ☄️.
Despite being outclassed, Palkia is quite a headache to deal with and doesn't go down without putting up a fight 👊 So, while the Palkia Origin is clearly superior and you should definitely go for that, the regular form is no slouch.
