PvE Analysis
⚔️ Raids
Shadow Incarnate Forme Tornadus is a member of a famous legendary trio from Unova and an absolute mouthful. It is a solid Flying-type raid attacker with a move combination of Air Slash and Hurricane. As a Flying-type raid attacker, Shadow Incarnate Forme Tornadus is strong against Fighting, Bug, and Grass-type Pokémon. It’s worth noting that Shadow Incarnate Forme Tornadus has a very high attack stat, even higher than its Therian Forme, but Therian Tornadus still performs slightly better as a raid attacker thanks to its access to the legacy move Bleakwind Storm.

Shadow Incarnate Forme Tornadus is very attack weighted with low defense and HP. In PvP, you want Pokémon with some bulk. The frail glass cannons that typically succeed in PvP also tend to be pretty spammy to account for the fact that they can’t stay in battle for long. Which is also where Shadow Incarnate Forme Tornadus fails, as it doesn’t have a quick energy-generating move or spammy charged attacks. As such, it cannot be recommended for any of the three main metas.
