Shadow Wobbuffet in the meta
PvE Analysis
Wobbuffet is a weak Pokémon and the Shadow boost offers it no add-on on PvE. In fact, it's worse in Gyms.
⚔️ Raids
Don't even try using Shadow Wobbuffet in 1-Star Raids. The damage output is very low.
🛡️ Gyms
Wobbuffet is a great Gym defender but it doesn't compare to Blissey due to lower ATK and DEF. The Shadow variant plummets the Defense further down, making it even worse. So, you should rather use regular Wobbuffet in Gyms, and not the Shadow.

🔵 Great League
A harder-hitting Counter is good enough to take down Shadow Steelix but it also loses to Diggersby. There isn't too much difference between the Shadow and non-Shadow, and you shouldn't be using Shadow Wobbuffet in the Great League anyway.
Shadow Wobbuffet maxes out at only 1160 CP, making it inadequate for the Ultra and Master League.
