Dragon Pulse
Ah, Hydreigon! Arguably one of the scariest Pseudo-Legendary Pokémon. This Pokémon took time to find its true merit, but once its Community Day arrived, its brutality knew no bounds! 🐲🐲🐲
Brutal Swing changed Hydreigon’s fortunes in Pokémon GO, turning it into one of the top Dark types in the meta. An excellent Pokémon to have overall. 👌
⚔️ Raids
As a Dark type, Hydreigon is the best non-Mega, non-Shadow option, boasting both high DPS and TDO. 😎
However, remember that Dark types compete with Ghost types against Psychic-type Raid Bosses. In that regard, Hydreigon performs at the level of Dragapult. Overall, you should prioritize Hydreigon after Dawn Wings Necrozma and Blacephalon. 🙂
As a Dragon type, Hydreigon falls short due to an inferior PvE moveset.
🛡️ Gyms
Hydreigon struggles in Gyms due to many weaknesses, including a double weakness to Fairy-type damage. Charm is enough to defeat this fierce dragon. 😭

🔵 Great League
Hydreigon is an offensive Pokémon, but its bulk suffers under the Great League CP restrictions. Additionally, it is utterly dominated by the mighty Azumarill, making it an inferior choice. 🥲
🟡 Ultra League
Hydreigon performs better in the Ultra League, but it is outclassed by Guzzlord, whose moveset is far more versatile in combat. 🫠
🟣 Master League
Hydreigon shines brightest in the Master League, though it remains more of a niche pick. It excels against notable opponents such as Dawn Wings Necrozma, Mewtwo, Kyogre, and Giratina (both forms). However, beyond these impressive matchups, Hydreigon faces significant struggles—particularly against Fairy types, which absolutely obliterate it. 😅
