⚔️ Raids
Pangoro is a Fighting and Dark-type Pokémon. Unfortunately, as a raid attacker, it fills neither role particularly well.
As a Dark-type raid attacker, Pangoro can use Snarl and Night Slash to fight against Ghost and Psychic-types.
On the other hand, as a Fighting-type, Pangoro can use Karate Chop and Close Combat to fight against Normal, Rock, Ice, and Dark-types.
However, you have a wide range of better options than Pangoro for raids.

🔵 Great League
A recent buff to Karate Chop has turned Pangoro into one of the best Fighting-types for the Great League. Pangoro is a glass cannon that can threaten opponents very quickly. Karate Chop generates energy fast, allowing Pangoro to choose between self-buffing with Night Slash or dealing massive damage with Close Combat.
Fighting-types have always had a place in the Great League, and Pangoro is no exception. It's particularly useful against Normal, Ice, and Rock-types, and can even deal with certain Pokémon like Feraligatr and Chesnaught neutrally too!
🟡 Ultra League
Pangoro’s success story continues into the Ultra League with the same moveset. Here, Pangoro targets high-profile Pokémon such as the ever-popular Giratina (Altered), Guzzlord, Lickilicky, Feraligatr, and Greninja.
🟣 Master League
Surprisingly, Pangoro performs decently in the Master League, despite being matched against Pokémon with much higher total stats. Its huge attack stat gives it an edge. In the open meta, Pangoro can win against heavy hitters like both forms of Fusion Necrozma, Rhyperior, Dialga, and Giratina (Origin).
While it shouldn’t be your first choice, it is still a viable option. As in the Great League and Ultra League, it uses the same moveset.
