Dragon Pulse - Flying Attacker:

Sky Attack
Once you've painstakingly collected 400 Candy, you can evolve Swablu to the Dragon/Flying Altaria. 🐲🪽
However, Altaria is not comparable to other Dragon/Flying DPS monsters like Rayquaza, Salamence, and Dragonite because of its low attacking power. If that wasn't bad enough, Dragon Breath & Dragon Pulse are both terrible for PvP. 😭
Its Flying-type moveset, Peck & Sky Attack, are undoubtedly better than its Dragon tools, but Altaria is still not sufficient enough to warrant use in PvE. 😣
⚔️ Raids
Don't waste time on Altaria for Raids. There are so many better Dragon and Flying-type attackers to use. 😄

🔵 Great League
Altaria has been synonymous with the Great League for years, and while it has been a bit of a downgrade with the Sky Attack nerf, it's still a solid Pokémon that's a part of core teams. 👏
Dragon Breath is a blessing, and in this platform, Altaria is arguably the best user of this move. 🐉🪽 Moreover, it has the battle chops to easily fit in teams. A classic Great League Pokémon! 🏅
🟡 Ultra League
A level 50 Altaria has a CP of 2266, making it a good pick for the Ultra League as well, although it faces competition from Dragonite, which has a better moveset overall. 🐲
Altaria is still tankier, though, so it's not entirely outclassed. 👀 However, given a choice between the two, Dragonite is superior.
🟣 Master League
Altaria doesn't fit into the Master League in any way whatsoever. Leave that to Dragonite.
