PvE Analysis

⚔️ Raids

Shadow Morelull is a Grass and Fairy-type Shadow Pokémon and the pre-evolution of Shiinotic. The shadow bonus does not do much for Morelull as it is in the first stage of its evolutionary line, has a small 1168 CP, and stats very representative of that. As such, you are truly better off using the many other fully-evolved Grass and Fairy-type raid attackers over this one.

PvP Analysis

🧸 Little Cup

Shadow Morelull has neither the CP nor the stat product to shine in any of the three main leagues. As for the 500 CP Little Cup format, Shadow Morelull does perform slightly better than its non-shadow variant, most notably winning against Deino on even shields, and at least dishing out more damage before fainting against certain opponents. However, Morelull's overall performance even in the Little Cup isn't particularly great, or good even, and the shadow bonus doesn't do much to remedy its core issues of average stat product and shallow movepool.
