How reliable are these Max Battle counters to Dynamax Electivire?

The attacker, defender and healer lists measure different roles against Dynamax Electivire. They use Pokémon GO stats, Max Battle damage calculations and role-specific scores, with the chosen battle settings applied consistently. Check each role and its explanation when building your team: a strong attacker is not automatically the best tank or healer, and team coordination still affects the battle.

Dynamax Electivire Max Battle counters FAQ

How is Max Attack damage ranked?

Attackers are ranked by damage from one Max Attack against this boss, using the selected Pokémon level, Max Attack level and weather. Only released Pokémon are included. There is no minimum CP filter. These scores do not predict total battle time, faints or team performance; resistance and healing have separate rankings.

How do we rank the best tanks for Max Battles?

Ranked by the average percentage of HP lost to this boss’s ordinary attacks, including dodging. Lower is better. Faster energy gain breaks ties. Assumes the selected level, perfect IVs and no shields.

How do we rank healing per use?

We compare the maximum HP restored to each active Pokémon by one level-3 Max Spirit, assuming the selected level and perfect IVs. PokéChespin’s formula takes 16% of the healer’s effective HP and rounds down. Healing output is the same against every boss; resistance to this boss, then Max Meter generation, break ties. Actual healing is capped by missing HP. This ranking measures healing per use; it does not estimate healing over a full battle.

Why do some attackers use a Fast Attack of another type?

Max Attack damage determines the attacker ranking. When damage is equal, faster Max Meter generation breaks the tie. Fast Attacks are compared against this boss, so the recommended move is not necessarily the hardest-hitting move.

For Dynamax Pokémon, the Fast Attack normally determines the Max Attack type; Hidden Power produces Max Strike. Gigantamax Pokémon have a fixed G-Max Attack. Crowned Pokémon and Eternatus also use fixed special attacks. Changing their Fast Attack does not change that attack’s type.

          Does Max Attack level matter?

Use the settings to compare Max Attack levels 1, 2 and 3 independently of the Pokémon’s level. The cards and rankings update together. Healing rankings always use level-3 Max Spirit.

What does the asterisk beside a move mean?

An asterisk (*) marks a legacy move. A recommended moveset may rely on one, so check how to get it before investing in that Pokémon. It may require an event, an Elite TM or another special method. Some legacy moves cannot be learned with an Elite TM. Excluding legacy moves can change the recommended moveset and ranking.

What do the ranking tiers mean?

Tiers group attackers by similar scores, emphasizing differences near the top. We use eight groups, labelled SS, S, A, B, C, D, E and F, when there are enough distinct scores; otherwise, fewer tiers are used. Group sizes are determined by the scores, not fixed rank cutoffs. Tiers update with the simulation settings and stay the same when you sort or change pages.

Why are some encounter values estimated?

When exact stats for the selected boss and battle tier are unavailable, we use an estimated encounter profile. A notice above the rankings identifies these estimates. Damage and resistance rankings may change when confirmed values become available.
