        Dynamax Electivire FAQ

How good is Dynamax Electivire in Max Battles?

Dynamax Electivire ranks #9 out of 24 in the Fighting-type Max Battle attacker ranking, in B Tier.

Dynamax Electivire ranks #3 out of 13 in the Electric-type Max Battle attacker ranking, in S Tier.

This ranking measures damage per Max Attack. It does not estimate total battle time, fainting or the performance of a full team. A real boss’s Defense, resistances and weaknesses can change the damage and ranking.

Compare the best Max Battle attackers by type

Which moves should Dynamax Electivire use in Max Battles?

        Recommended moves

        • Electric Attacker:ElectricThunder ShockElectricMax Lightning

Max Attack damage determines the ranking. When two movesets deal equal damage, we favor the Fast Attack that fills the Max Meter faster against the same neutral target.

What does the asterisk beside a move mean?

The recommended movesets above do not include legacy moves.

An asterisk (*) marks a legacy move. A recommended moveset may rely on one, so check how to get it before investing in that Pokémon. It may require an event, an Elite TM or another special method. Some legacy moves cannot be learned with an Elite TM. Excluding legacy moves can change the recommended moveset and ranking.

Why do some attackers use a Fast Attack of another type?

For Dynamax Pokémon, the Fast Attack normally determines the Max Attack type; Hidden Power produces Max Strike. Gigantamax Pokémon have a fixed G-Max Attack. Crowned Pokémon and Eternatus also use fixed special attacks. Changing their Fast Attack does not change that attack’s type.

How are Max Battle attackers ranked?

The default ranking uses Level 40 Pokémon with perfect 15/15/15 IVs and Level 3 Max Attacks against a neutral opponent, with no weather boost. Only Pokémon marked available in our data are included.

Should I only power up the highest-ranked attacker?

Not necessarily. A strong Max Battle team needs more than damage. You may also need Pokémon that withstand incoming attacks, use Max Guard to absorb hits or restore HP with Max Spirit.

What are Dynamax Electivire’s strengths and weaknesses?

As a Electric-type Pokémon, Dynamax Electivire is weak to Ground-type moves.

What is Dynamax Electivire’s maximum CP at Level 40 and Level 50?

Dynamax Electivire’s maximum CP at Level 40 is 3079 CP and 3481 CP at Level 50.

Can Dynamax Electivire be shiny in Pokémon GO?

Dynamax Electivire can be Shiny in Pokémon GO ✨.
