Galarian Weezing PvE Analysis

Recommended moves

Galarian Weezing is a versatile dual Fairy / Poison type mon that has utility in PvP. Galarian Weezing is blessed with better typing advantages and a stronger movepool than its Kantonian form.

⚔️ Raids

Maxing out at 2592 CP, Galarian Weezing is not strong enough to be a truly worthwhile investment in your Fairy or Poison type raid team. However, due to the relative lack of strong Fairy type attackers, it could be considered for your raid team.

🛡️ Gyms

Galarian Weezing is an average gym defender, and you should consider other options with higher stat product and defense.

Galarian Weezing PvP Analysis

Recommended moves

🔵 Great League

Galarian Weezing is one of the few Pokémon capable of pressuring Dark-, Fairy-, Fighting-, and Ghost-types all at once, even in one-shield scenarios. Psychic-types can still cause problems despite access to Brutal Swing, but it makes up for that with strong wins against Kingdra, Cradily, Hisuian Electrode, and Feraligatr.

Steel-types remain its biggest obstacle, so Galarian Weezing works best with a teammate that can cover them. With the right support, it is a strong and flexible Great League option.

🟡 Ultra League

Galarian Weezing is remarkably bulky and performs extremely well against several major Ultra League threats. It can beat Giratina Altered, handle Fairy-types such as Togekiss and Florges, and also take down Dondozo, Shadow Ampharos, Cresselia, Mimikyu, and Blastoise.

Its overall performance makes it one of the stronger Ultra League choices. Even against Cobalion in a one-shield matchup, Galarian Weezing can remove more than three-quarters of its HP before going down.

🟣 Master League

This is where Galarian Weezing reaches its limit. It simply lacks the stats and overall power needed to compete in the Master League.
