The following chart shows Muk's DPS and TDO for every fast and charge attack combination. This chart is useful for comparing the relative strength of Muk's movesets. You can change the weather and the opposing Pokémon to see how it affects the rankings.

Legacy Elite Fast and Charge Attacks can only be obtained during special events, or by using an Elite Fast TM or an Elite Charge TM. Legacy moves are marked with an asterisk (*). The table above provides information on different moves Muk has in Pokémon GO, along with their corresponding DPS (Damage per Second) and TDO (Total Damage Output).

    Muk in the meta

    Muk in the meta

    PvE AnalysisPvE Analysis

    Recommended moves

Despite being the final form of an evolution line, Muk's ATK stat is only 190, making it a foul choice for Raids battles.

It does have a nice HP of 233, but with a meagre 172 DEF, Muk is a sitting duck against the might of busted Gym attackers like Mega Mewtwo Y and X, and Primal Groudon.

    PvP AnalysisPvP Analysis

    Recommended moves

    🔵 Great League

Pure Poison typing gives it very limited viability compared to Alolan Muk, and an awkward set of moves that are clunky to use. Muk gets just a handful of wins in the Great League, which are not sufficient enough to give it a place in your team.

    🟡 Ultra League

Muk is better in the Ultra League, beating Fairies like Florges and Togekiss, completely walling and beating Virizion, Ludicolo, and even taking out Cresselia, Shadow Feraligatr, and Blastoise. However, it still struggles against a majority of the meta, and is beaten easily by both regular and Shadow Annihilape despite resisting its Fighting moves. As such, Muk ends up being somewhat of a spice pick in these battles, with unreliability being its main issue.

    🟣 Master League

Muk is just not strong enough to survive in the Master League.
