PvE Analysis
Recommended moves
- Rock Attacker:
Lock-On
Meteor Beam *
Shadow Gigalith boasts high damage output, placing it behind only Shadow Rampardos and Shadow Rhyperior in terms of DPS! 🥉
Its bulk is also decent even after the Shadow nerf, and with Smack Down and Meteor Beam, it can do quite a number in PvE battles. 🔥
To put it into perspective, it edges past Rampardos in terms of damage figures while also packing more bulk. 💪 If you have the resources, it’s worth powering up!
⚔️ Raids – Rock types are highly coveted Raid counters as they deal super-effective damage to Bug, Fire, Flying, and Ice types.
Shadow Gigalith does this job really well! 😁
🛡️ Gyms – Shadow Rock types aren’t worth putting in Gyms as they go down easily.

Superpower - Master League:

Superpower
Shadow Gigalith looks menacing, but unfortunately, it doesn’t live up to expectations in PvP. 🥲
🔵 Great League – An awkward defensive profile that takes an additional beating due to the Shadow nerf makes this format particularly difficult for Shadow Gigalith. 🤕
🟡 Ultra League – The situation is the same as in the Great League, with numerous exploitable weaknesses making it hardly viable.
🟣 Master League – Shadow Gigalith can deal some respectable damage in the Master League, scoring wins against Metagross, Dialga, and Dusk Mane Necrozma with Mud-Slap, Superpower, and Meteor Beam. 😯
That said, it can’t do much beyond that, and this anti-Steel niche alone doesn’t justify a spot on your Master League team.
