PvE Analysis
Recommended moves
- Normal Attacker:
Hidden Power
Crush Grip *
Shadow Regigigas has absolutely crazy stats but is held back from a slow attackset as well as the Normal typing which doesn't get any super-effective coverage. Still the new heights this titan reaches with the Shadow boost can't be undermined. 👀
Its offensive power is now higher than most Legendaries and in Partly Cloudy in-game weather, Shadow Regigigas’ DPS is off the charts. This Pokémon may not have a specific niche in the game but is a supreme generalist. In particular, it's quite a valuable addition to the teams of new players. 👏
For seasoned players, Shadow Regigigas is a catch as well since it learns a signature attack called Crush Grip. If given good stats, this attack can propel Shadow Regigigas to greater heights. 🙂
⚔️ Raids
As a great generalist, Shadow Regigigas may be added to raid squads in Partly Cloudy weather but it's not exactly recommended. You should always focus on hard hitters that do super-effective damage to the raid boss and Shadow Regigigas should only be in the sidelines. ‼️

💥 The best attackset for Shadow Regigigas in PvE is Hidden Power (Normal) and Giga Impact.

Thunder - Ultra League:
Crush Grip
Thunder - Master League:
Crush Grip
Thunder
With such a high Attack stat (287), Shadow Regigigas is not a wise option in the lower PvP Leagues.
In the Master League, it's a spicy pick that can grab a handful of wins in all shield situations, but particularly in the (0-0) and (2-2) cases. As such, you can use it as a lead to trouble Pokémon like Yveltal, Landorus Therian, Giratina Origin, Giratina Altered, Zygarde Complete, and Togekiss. However, Shadow Regigigas' place can be easily taken by some other Pokémon that would ultimately offer more wins and value. 🙂
💥 The best attackset for Shadow Regigigas in PvP is Hidden Power (Ice), Focus Blast and Thunder.
