Hisuian Zoroark PvE Analysis

Recommended moves

Hisuian Zoroark has a superb ATK of 261 but its bulk is as much as that of a wet tissue paper. That said, its unique Normal/Ghost typing makes it a special catch and at the end of the day, it is viable in PvE. Props! 🙌

⚔️ Raids

Hisuian Zoroark boasts a good damage output and it's not even weak to Ghost-type moves like its peers. In fact, Hisuian Zoroark resists Ghost-type damage, giving it a niche in Raids against Ghost Bosses. 👻 Definitely worth catching! ⭐

🛡️ Gyms

Hisuian Zoroark hardly had any bulk, making it a poor Gym defender.

Hisuian Zoroark PvP Analysis

Recommended moves

🔵 Great League

Hisuian Zoroark has terrible bulk but a great moveset, relying on burst damage tactics to grab a few key wins like Swampert, Feraligatr, Galarian Corsola, Golisopod, Tinkaton, Annihilape, Skeledirge and Dusclops (including the available Shadows of these Pokémon).

While it overall struggles in the Great League, it may find more usage in Limited Cups. A Ghost type resistant to Ghost-type damage is a huge perk! 👻

🟡 Ultra League

Hisuian Zoroark is better in the Ultra League, taking down the rising presence of Ghost Pokémon with finesse. Giratina Altered, Dusknoir, Drifblim, Skeledirge, and Jellicent as well as major threats like Cobalion, Gliscor, Talonflame, Typhlosion, Poliwrath, Grumpig, Venusaur, and Cresselia. 👀

However, Gengar performs quite similarly and is cheaper to use in the Ultra League. Ultimately, Hisuian Zoroark is a neat addition to this meta that won't move any mountains but will get you a bunch of impressive wins. 👍

🟣 Master League

Hisuian Zoroark is flimsy, going down easily to the Master League’s big, bad titans. In fact, it often just takes a few Fast Moves from the opponent to beat this Normal/Ghost type. 😅

💎 The best PvP moves for Hisuian Zoroark are Shadow Claw, Shadow Ball and Foul Play.
