⚔️ Raids
Shadow Jumpluff is the final stage of a three-stage evolutionary line, and a Grass and Flying dual type Pokémon. Unfortunately, Jumpluff's Max CP is still quite low at around 1800. Not only that, Jumpluff is a very defense oriented Pokémon with a low Attack stat. As such, Shadow Jumpluff is not usable as a raid attacker.
🛡️ Gyms
Jumpluff's huge bulk makes it a decent gym defender. Especially due to the fact that it's a flying type, which makes Jumpluff compliment bulky Normal defenders such as Slaking and Blissey well. However, in this case, the bulkier non-shadow Jumpluff is more desirable.

🔵 Great League
Shadow Jumpluff can be a very solid Pokémon in the Great League. Despite its small stature, it is one of the bulkiest Pokémon in the Great League. To add to this, Jumpluff has a choice of multiple high energy-generating fast attacks and solid charged attack choices to dish out some damage as well. As such, Jumpluff does benefit from the shadow bonus, as the added damage allows Jumpluff to win against a larger number of Pokémon.
However, there is a big caveat. Jumpluff is a Grass and Flying type Pokémon, which leaves it with a lot more weaknesses. If the current meta has a lot of powerful Ice, Flying, or Poison type Pokémon it leaves Jumpluff way too vulnerable to be anything but a spice pick at best.
🟡 Ultra League
With a max CP of 1850 and stats to match, Shadow Jumpluff is not strong enough to perform well in the Ultra League.
🟣 Master League
With a max CP of 1850, Shadow Jumpluff is too weak for the legendary-dominated Master League.
