Celesteela CP range from Raids

Celesteela can be caught with the following Combat Power after being defeated in Raids:

  • From 1694 CP to 1772 CP, with no weather boost
  • From 2117 CP to 2216 CP with Snow and Windy weather boost

Estimated raid group size

Plan for roughly 2–3 Trainers with teams comparable to the leading counters.

This is a planning estimate, not a guaranteed minimum. Weaker teams, dodging, the boss’s moves and connection delays can require more Trainers.

Celesteela raid counters FAQ

How are raid counters ranked?

Counters are ranked by eDPS (effective damage per second), accounting for damage, survival and time spent rejoining. Scores average the boss’s modeled attacks. DPS measures damage per second; TDO estimates damage before fainting. The model uses six copies of an attacker to compare performance, which is not a legal team for Mega or Primal Pokémon.

Time to Win (TTW) and faint counts are estimates based on your selected settings, including friendship. Other factors, such as damage boosts from another Trainer’s Mega-Evolved Pokémon and connection delays, can change real battle results.

How are tiers assigned?

Tiers group attackers by similar scores, emphasizing differences near the top. We use eight groups, labelled SS, S, A, B, C, D, E and F, when there are enough distinct scores; otherwise, fewer tiers are used. Group sizes are determined by the scores, not fixed rank cutoffs. Tiers update with the simulation settings and stay the same when you sort or change pages.

Tiers compare the up to 50 counters returned for the selected settings. Search filters that selection, not the entire Pokédex. No minimum CP filter is applied.

Which settings affect the results?

Defaults use Level 50 attackers, perfect IVs, no friendship or weather boost, no Party Power and 10 seconds to rejoin. Mega Level defaults to 4. Released Shadow, Mega and Primal Pokémon and legacy moves are included where eligible. Change the settings to reflect your team; the group estimate updates with the results.

Can weather also boost the raid boss?

Yes. Weather boosts attacks of matching types for both your Pokémon and the raid boss. The boss’s attack types determine which attacks receive the boost. A weather condition that helps your counters can also make the boss hit harder, so compare the rankings with the actual weather selected.

Estimated raid group size

The estimate combines the modeled Trainer requirements of the top 12 regular or Shadow counters and the top two Mega or Primal counters, weighted 75% and 25%. It is a rough comparison, not a simulation of your group.

This is a planning estimate, not a guaranteed minimum. Weaker teams, dodging, the boss’s moves and connection delays can require more Trainers.

What does the asterisk beside a move mean?

An asterisk marks a legacy move, which may require an event, an Elite TM or another special method. Some legacy moves cannot be taught with an Elite TM.

How reliable are these counters to Celesteela?

These counters are calculated for Celesteela, using the boss’s stats and typing alongside each attacker’s stats and moves. The raid level and battle settings are shown so you can check the assumptions and compare alternatives. Scores estimate performance under those conditions; your Pokémon’s IVs, dodging and the boss’s attacks can affect the result of a real raid.
