Play Rough
There are only a handful of Fairy types viable for Raids and Gyms in Pokémon GO and Slurpuff isn't one of them due to poor PvE stats.

🔵 Great League
Boasting both Fast and Charged Fairy-type Moves, Slurpuff is quite annoying to deal with in the Great League. With 4.5 EPT (Energy Per Turn), Fairy Wind helps Slurpuff blast the fairly powerful Play Rough to take out Dark, Fighting, and Dragon types with ease.
For 5 less energy, Slurpuff also packs Energy Ball which it uses to beat premier Water types like Azumarill, Dewgong, Feraligatr, Greninja, and Araquanid though it's unable to beat Blastoise, Lapras, and Jellicent. Ground types like Shadow Marowak and Stunfisk also get defeated. ✅
While Slurpuff is great, you're going to have better results with Wigglytuff and Clefable.
🟡 Ultra League
Even though Slurpuff maxes out below 2500 CP, an XL version is neat mainly due to Fairy Wind. Once again, Dragon, Fighting, Dark, and Water types fall to it (including Giratina Altered) but then, Clefable is overall better. Slurpuff is not bad, It's just outclassed.
🟣 Master League
It's too underpowered for the Master League although it can beat Dragonite. 👀
💎 The best PvP moves for Slurpuff are Fairy Wind, Energy Ball and Play Rough.
