PvE Analysis
Recommended moves
- Ground Attacker:
Sand Attack
Earthquake - Flying Attacker:
Wing Attack
Acrobatics
Shadow Gliscor has low ATK which even the Shadow boost can't help to push into Raids relevancy. The loss of bulk means that regular Gliscor is better for Gym defense, a role in which it is quite good in. Avoid putting Shadow Gliscor in Gyms.

🔵 Great League
Gliscor (both regular and Shadow) are two of the most dominant Pokémon in the Great League by virtue of their excellent typing, many resistances, tankiness, coverage, and multifunctional ability of their moveset: speedy, baity, hard-hitting, and guaranteed opponent DEF nerfs.
Both forms are more or less sidegrades of each other, with Shadow Gliscor beating Altaria, Cradily, Florges, Lickilicky, and Morpeko but losing to Clefable, Fearow, Shadow Scizor, Sableye, Shadow Swampert, and Malamar (these are beaten by regular Gliscor). Water and Ice types are technically the only real threats for Shadow Gliscor.
A dominant part of any team, Shadow Gliscor is rightfully feared even by PvP experts.
🟡 Ultra League
Shadow Gliscor is pretty dominant in the Ultra League, slaying not just the ever-present Steel and Fighting types, but also major threats like Giratina Altered, Guzzlord, Armored Mewtwo, Cradily, and Steelix. Even regular Gliscor can't beat these core Pokémon of this format.
If you're looking for a Pokémon that does almost everything right and also pulls off some shocking upsets, Shadow Gliscor is perfect for you! Just be careful of Ice and Water types, although Shadow Gliscor still manages to eliminate Tentacruel, Ludicolo, and Gastrodon.
🟣 Master League
The Master League is too much to handle for Shadow Gliscor.
