⚔️ RaidsGalvantula, as a Bug and Electric-type Pokémon, is strong against Flying, Water, Grass, Psychic, and Dark-types. Unfortunately, Galvantula cannot make much use of this, as its best move combination of Fury Cutter and Discharge still nets it a paltry DPS of around 12.

      PvP AnalysisPvP Analysis

      Recommended moves

🔵 Great LeagueGalvantula is actually a decent spice/limited meta pick in the Great League. Its dual Electric and Bug typing makes it weak to only Fire and Rock-type attacks. Its fast attack of choice, Volt Switch, despite having a long animation, is still a fantastic move thanks to a good blend of energy generation and damage. This allows Galvantula to reach its charged attacks of choice, Lunge and Discharge, really quickly.

The problem with Galvantula is that it is directly competing with Charjabug. Charjabug has better stats (Galvantula is extremely frail), the same typing, and the much more spammy X-Scissor.

🟡 Ultra LeagueGalvantula has a Max CP of 2494. This means you will need a perfect 15/15/15 IV Galvantula and spend tons of XL Candies on it to make it viable for the Ultra League. This level of investment just isn’t worth it in a meta where Galvantula performs okay at best.

🟣 Master League – With a max CP of 2494, Galvantula is not strong enough for the Master League.
