Recommended moves

Hoopa Unbound is a Psychic/Dark-type Pokémon, while Hoopa Confined is a Psychic/Ghost-type Pokémon. While the Confined form is decent, Hoopa Unbound has an insanely high 311 ATK, which is higher than even Mewtwo. 😲

However, Mewtwo still edges out in DPS thanks to its signature move, Psystrike. As a Dark-type attacker, the situation is different, as Hoopa Unbound lacks a Dark-type Fast Move, and Dark Pulse isn't particularly exciting. That said, Hoopa Unbound has a signature Dark-type move called Hyperspace Fury. If it gets good stats, this Mythical Pokémon could become an even bigger threat. Until then, Hoopa Unbound remains a solid PvE pick! 👏

Unless Hyperspace Fury turns out to be PvP-friendly, Hoopa Unbound will remain inferior in the GO Battle League. 😭

However, it gets destroyed by Charm users since it is weak to Fairy-type attacks. Due to its fragility, it also loses to just about everything else. Not a reliable pick overall. 😶
