It generates energy fast and can spam charged attacks; it has solid HP as well. However, the fact that its defense isn’t the highest and its type combination leaves it with many weaknesses drops its potential a bit. It also underperforms compared to its counterpart, Solrock, due to a difference in movesets.
Lunatone is even better in the Ultra League thanks to it being strong against quite a few meta Pokémon. However, it suffers from much the same problems it does in the Great League and underperforms compared to Solrock here as well.
With a max CP of 2631, Lunatone is too weak for the legendary-dominated Master League.
