Shiinotic is a Grass and Fairy-type Pokémon and the evolved form of Morelull. Despite being a fully evolved Pokémon, Shiinotic has a max CP just slightly above 2000 and an extremely middle of the road stats. To make things worse, Shiinotic’s selection of attacks are very limited as well, with no STAB Fast Attack to call its own thus far. As such, Shiinotic, despite looking like such a fun guy, just is not fun to use as a raid attacker.

To start off with the positives, Shiinotic’s Grass and Fairy dual typing is honestly quite great defensively. You get seven whole type resistances for five type weaknesses, with one double weakness to Poison-type attacks. It’s also decently spammy, so it can dish out Grass-type charged attacks pretty quickly. However, these benefits are ultimately entirely undermined by the fact that, Shiinotic’s stat distribution is very middle of the road, essentially making it so that it doesn’t excel in anything.

Not only that, Shiinotic’s move pool right now is very limited, with its only available Fast Attack Astonish being rather awkward to use, and having no STAB bonus.

With a max CP of 2104 and rather disappointing stat total to boost, Shiinotic does not perform well in the Ultra League.

🟣 Master League
